In addition to the regular cost of parking (either permit-holder, or daily at $5.50/hr), there is a $1.50/hr surcharge to use the level 2 charging stations, with no daily maximum for the fee. There is no additional cost to use the level 1 spaces.

You’ll need to pre-pay for the amount of time you plan to park using the HotSpot parking app. You’ll also need a HotSpot account and profile set up, and you’ll find the required HotSpot code number on the blue sign at the foot of the parking space (there are different numbers for visitors and permit-holders in each lot). We recommend downloading the app and entering your details in advance, as WiFi and cellular reception may be limited in the garages.

There is no time limit, and use of the charging spaces is first come, first served. Please keep in mind that there is no maximum daily charge for the hourly fee in level 2 spaces, regardless of whether the vehicle’s battery is fully recharged.

If you have finished charging your vehicle, but need to park for longer, you will need to move to a regular parking space and end your parking session in the HotSpot app. If you are a visitor, you will then need to pay the regular parking rate either through HotSpot or the Pay and Display machines.

No, we do not use flo’s access control or payment system. You must use HotSpot to pay for use of the level 2 stations.

The level 2 stations are flo’s Core+ unit (details here) equipped with J1772TM connectors. You’ll need to supply your own adapter if this is not compatible with your vehicle, or if you want to use the level 1 charging spaces.

We do not have spaces reserved for general EV parking; vehicles must be plugged in to use the level 1 and level 2 parking spaces.
