Congratulations! This is your opportunity to learn more about uOttawa and for us to get to know you.
What to expect
For support staff positions, an interview is typically between 30 minutes and an hour. You can expect the interview panel to be made up of two or three people. We’ll ask a combination of competency-based and technical questions related to the position.
The interview will take place in French and English, so be prepared to answer questions in both.
Here’s an example of a competency-based question regarding collaboration: “Tell us about a project that you were responsible for but had to get help from outside the team to complete. What did you do and what was the outcome?”
