Reset MFA on your mobile device

You can now reset the Multifactor Authentication (MFA) access on your existing mobile device or your new mobile device with the Self-Service MFA Reset (SSMR) tool.

Self-Service Centre

Open, track and manage your requests with the Self-Service Centre.
If you are an active member of the university (student, professor or employee) with uoAccess ID, contact us by using the service centre.
If you are a visitor without uoAccess credentials and you need assistance with questions related to technology, we invite you to fill out the visitor's request form.
