What was your last career change?  

My last change was getting promoted from Web Developer to Senior Programmer Analyst in Web Services.

What made it successful?

I have goals and I always work towards achieving them. I believe in taking initiative and being ready to learn. I anticipate the needs of the projects I work on and pitch solutions. I always meet my deadlines and keep my promises. I let my work speak for itself, enabling me to gain my managers’ trust so they can focus on other pressing matters. My success and accomplishments are also enabled by the encouragement, inspiration, and support from great managers and colleagues. I have been blessed with an amazing work environment that allows me to enhance my skills and grow in my career.

What advice would you give to someone considering a career change?

Nothing is too difficult in life. If you are passionate about your new career, you are going to be successful.  

What do you look forward to in your day?

Eating good meals, exercising, stretching, reading good books, doing meaningful work in my job, and helping people.

What gif or emoticon do you use to express yourself?

The speak no evil monkey emoji is the perfect emoticon to express myself.  

I also use this emoji :D when I laugh uncontrollably. It has a special place in my heart.
