Full-time professors and other APUO members will be able to make their calls through Microsoft Teams:

• If you have a disability, you will be offered a physical phone.
• You are able to make and receive internal and external calls .
• Voice mail is accessible via Teams. 
• For those with a physical phone, there will be a voicemail button.

Part-time professors and APTPUO members will be able to make their calls through Microsoft Teams:

• You are able to access your voicemail on Teams.
• You are able to make and receive internal uOttawa calls only.

By default, they will make their calls through Microsoft Teams:

• You are able to make and receive external phone calls.
• You have access to the Teams Calls feature.
• Check with your CAO if you require a physical phone.
