The program consists of three separate online sessions, each lasting 60 minutes. During these sessions, you’ll engage with an experienced professional. The discussions can take either a strategic or practical approach. Specifically, they can provide guidance on balancing teaching, research, and academic service activities to prepare for future tenure and promotion applications. Alternatively, the focus can be on preparing and revising your upcoming application file for promotion and tenure.
