Wellness Week
For the first time in three years, uOttawa’s annual Wellness Week will be predominantly in person. Wellness Week offers an array of activities to help motivate you and give you an opportunity to live new experiences. This year we are thrilled to kick off the week with Canadian figure skater Elladj Baldé in conversation with Ro Nwosu at the Minto Sports Complex Arena, followed by a live performance by Elladj.
