MEDIA ADVISORY – Beyond Lip Service: Strategic Leadership and Fundamental Sustainability in a Cynical Age

Today’s marketplace is evolving faster than ever, and staying competitive in such a time represents an important challenge. On Thursday evening, uOttawa Chancellor Calin Rovinescu, John Proctor, President and CEO of Martello Technologies, and Mychelle Mollot, Chief Marketing Officer of Solace, will participate in the uOttawa Chancellor’s Debate and discuss ways to achieve this goal.

There will be an alumni and friends cocktail reception at 5 p.m., prior to the live discussion. Please note that the discussion will take place in English. Simultaneous translation in French will be available. A question-and-answer period will follow.

The uOttawa Chancellor’s Debate is held twice yearly, once in the fall and once in the spring, and members of the media are invited to attend.

Shuttle Bus: Transportation to and from the Chancellor’s Debate will be available. A shuttle will depart uOttawa at 4:00 p.m. in front of Learning Crossroads (100 Louis-Pasteur Private) and return from Kanata at 8:00 p.m. Please indicate in your registration if you will be taking the shuttle.
