Listening and Honouring Residential School Survivors
The Faculty of Education hosts a special event in honour of residential school survivors.

Wednesday, September 28, at 6:30 p.m.
Vigil for Joyce Echaquan
A twilight vigil will be held on the lawn of Tabaret Hall to honour Joyce’s memory and the memory of all who have lost their lives to discrimination and violence.

Friday, September 30, at 9:00 a.m.
National Day for Truth and Reconciliation
The Indigenous Students’ Association, uOttawa President Jacques Frémont and guest speakers honour the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

Saturday, October 1, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Germain-Brière Conference 2022 (in French)
The Germain-Brière Conference is an annual conference that touches on a current legal issue. This year’s theme is The War in Ukraine and International Humanitarian Law.
