The City of Ottawa is bracing for a large demonstration downtown that is expected to start tomorrow and continue into the weekend. Some streets in the downtown core will be closed so we encourage you to plan travel accordingly. We are monitoring events very closely and staying in constant communication with local authorities.
At this time, we have no information that would indicate any direct impact on campus activities. Buildings and parking lots will remain open, except for lots B and C. Any exceptions will be communicated to you directly by your faculty or department. We ask supervisors to show flexibility to those who may have difficulty getting to campus.
