- Manager, IT Support Services in the Faculty of Science
How do you see your role going forward?
- I would like to see my role play a more important part in business and strategic planning at the faculty. I would like to help them be more agile and help apply the strategic pillars of the Digital Campus Transformation Plan at the faculty level.
Where did you complete your studies?
- I completed my bachelor's in mechanical engineering at the University of Ottawa. I’ve also completed a master's in project management at the Université de Québec en Outaouais.
In which countries have you lived or which ones have you visited?
- I have visited the United States, Mexico, United Kingdom, France, and Australia. I planned to see South America pre-pandemic, but didn’t due to travel restrictions. I hope to have more opportunities to travel more soon.
What is your hidden passion?
- Home renovations. Some of my projects include a basement washroom, interlocking of my driveway, a full remodel of my main floor including the kitchen. We are already planning our next projects.
What is your guilty indulgence?
- Wine and a good scotch.

Current project
- We are currently working on decommissioning a variety of services at the Faculty of Science. They have become redundant with the advent of similar offerings from Information Technology. Not only will this help with the University’s overall security posture, but it will allow us to concentrate on adding business value in other areas.
