What was your last career change?
Moving from a banking environment to the University of Ottawa.
What made it successful?
The success of this new adventure was possible thanks to the availability of colleagues who already knew the environment. It is also important to mention that my past experiences have helped me a lot in this direction.
What was the biggest challenge in adapting to your new role?
The biggest challenge I would say is having to quickly adapt my level of English in order to be comfortable in all exchanges.
