What was your last career change?
I have recently joined the IT team here at the university in February as IT Architecture Business Analyst. Prior to that, I spent the last five years in the consulting industry with various federal and private organizations.
What made it successful?
Thanks to my colleagues, who have been very helpful so far to answer any questions. I have also attended University of Ottawa as a student in the past, so I was somewhat familiar with the environment.
What was the biggest challenge in adapting to your new role?
Learning about the existing processes and procedures at the University of Ottawa.
What three items would you bring if you were shipped to a deserted island?
A survival toolkit, a blanket, and my copy of Robinson Crusoe.
