Professor Séror will take part in the 2025 Spring Conference hosted by the Ontario Modern Language Teachers’ Association (OMLTA) that will be held at the Westin Habor Castle in Toronto from Friday, April 4, to Saturday, April 5.
The conference will focus on the theme of “Sharing Ideas, Building Confidence.”
On Friday, April 4, his workshop entitled Harnessing AI for an Effective and Mindful Approach to Language Learning will explore the pedagogical integration of generative AI in the language classroom, highlighting concrete strategies and an example of a pedagogical sequence designed to strategically harness the potential of AI to support learners' language acquisition and development while also cultivating learners’ AI literacy.
