"Following  Azerbaijan's regained control over the Nagorny-Karabakh, ethnic Armenians are facing state-sponsored violence resulting in ethnic cleansing, war crimes and crimes against humanity, with local reports pointing to burned houses, the destruction of properties and murder. The lack of international response is reminiscent of what happened in former Yugoslavia in the 1990s."
