LEAP program

Led by Reza Farzi and Parvin Movassat, LEAP is an upcoming online program designed to help federal employees independently build language skills and support the bilingual nature of the Public Service.

Since the shift to online education during the pandemic, engaging authentically across distance has remained a challenge.

OLBI Professor David Pratt’s Real-World Communication for Remote Environments empowers students to create meaningful interactions and fosters a sense of connection, ensuring that technology brings people closer together rather than pushing them apart.

By equipping students with the tools for genuine, effective dialogue, this program transforms remote communication into an opportunity for deeper engagement and collaboration.
