Martine Bergeron- Young Achiever
The Office of the Chief Risk Officer is thrilled to announce that Martine Bergeron, senior specialist, occupational health and safety, has been named to Canadian Occupational Safety’s Young Achievers list.

Martine, a member of the University of Ottawa’s Occupational Health and Safety team, has significantly contributed to improving occupational safety measures, supporting the Facilities service. She engages with industry peers, sharing insights and best practices to drive continuous improvement in safety protocols.

Throughout her tenure, Martine has led initiatives aimed at promoting a culture of safety and well-being. From implementing comprehensive safety and training programs to assessing and mitigating risk, her proactive approach has led to tangible improvements in workplace safety standards. She takes pride in her work and in her integrity, accountability and contribution to her field.
