Workshop on exploring plurilingual approaches to language learning education | Canadian Association for Japanese Language Education (CAJLE) conference

Jérémie Séror, OLBI Director and Associate Dean, will be a guest researcher August 12 as part of the Canadian Association for Japanese Language Education’s annual conference.

Professor Séror will lead a workshop for teachers titled “Exploring plurilingual approaches to language learning education to support linguistically and culturally diverse students.” It will be a great opportunity for discussion on teaching Japanese language and linguistics.

The workshop will be presented in collaboration with the Canadian Association of Second Language Teachers (CASLT), with which OLBI signed an agreement during the last Canadian Centre for Studies and Research on Bilingualism and Language Planning (CCERBAL) conference.

The theme of this year’s conference is “Japanese Language Education for the Future: Language and Mobility in a Changing Global Society.” This event will take place online August 11 and 12.
