Adrian Dix is the Minister responsible for Francophone Affairs Program for British Columbia. He is also the Minister of Health.
The British Columbia Francophone Affairs Program (FAP) was created in 2001. Under the Canada – British Columbia Official Languages Agreement on French-Language Services, an agreement signed by the federal government and the Government of British Columbia to ensure the delivery of French services, it supports French programs and services for the province’s Francophones and Francophiles in sectors such as health and social services, economic development, justice, arts and culture and communications.
