Forms for Submission to the Delegates of the Administration Committee

The Administration Committee has delegated some of its decision-making authority which is not dictated by a policy to the areas of competency exercised by vice-presidents, deans, and directors of services.

The Administration Committee Matrix for Delegation of Decision-Making Authority (PDF, 538 KB) specifies the types of decisions that the Administration Committee has decided to delegate and describes in detail the consultation and approval processes required for each decision.

Please note that the forms are completed electronically and ensure that you have included the necessary documentation prior to submitting it through SharePoint Online to begin the approval process. See the User Guide for more information.

A checklist should be completed for the E Form - Employment - teaching personnel (PDF, 162 KB).

Forms for Submission to the Joint Committee of the Senate and the Board of Governors

Please note that the forms are completed electronically. Checklists should be completed for tenure and ensure that you have included the necessary documentation prior to submitting it through SharePoint Online to begin the approval process (see the User Guide below).
