Perry Dellelce is founder and managing partner of Wildeboer Dellelce LLP, one of Canada’s leading corporate finance and transactional law firms.
Mr. Dellelce practises in the areas of securities, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. His expertise in the areas of securities, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions has made him a trusted advisor to numerous entrepreneurs, executives, and corporations. He has been named to the Common Law Honour Society, recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada and has been recognized by Legal Lexpert® as one of Canada’s leading practitioners in the areas of Technology Transactions and Global Mining.
Mr. Dellelce graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Western University in 1985, received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame in 1987. He graduated from the Faculty of Law Common Law section in 1990 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1992.
Mr. Dellelce has received an Honorary Doctorate of Laws from both Laurentian University and Western University.
Along with being an alumnus of the University of Ottawa, Mr. Dellelce is also Chair of the University’s reIMAGINE Campaign.
His extensive charity work includes acting as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Olympic Foundation; a voting Member of the Canadian Olympic Committee; a member of the For Good Campaign Cabinet at the University of Notre Dame, Member of the Business Advisory Council of Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame.
Mr. Dellelce has also been Co-Chair of the Cathedral District Campaign for the Archdiocese of Toronto, past Chair of the Board of Directors of the Sunnybrook Hospital Foundation, a Director with the Pierre L. Morrissette Institute for Entrepreneurship Advisory Board at Western University and Co-Founder and Co-Chair of the Toronto Celebrates Sudbury Organization Committee. Mr. Dellelce lives in Toronto with his wife Susan and their children, Taylor and Nicholas.
