Policy 67b - Prevention of Sexual Violence addresses sexual harassment.

Sexual harassment means: "engaging in a course of vexatious comment or conduct against a person based on gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression where the course of comment or conduct is known or ought reasonably to be known to be unwelcome."

Policy 67a - Prevention of Harassment and Discrimination addresses workplace harassment.

Workplace harassment means: "engaging in a course of vexatious comment or conduct against a worker in a workplace, conduct that is known or ought reasonably to be known to be unwelcome. Workplace harassment does not include legitimate performance management of an employee."

Policy 67b - Prevention of Sexual Violence adresses workplace sexual harassment.
