The human resource management option provides in-depth knowledge of the three management functions that have become most critical in modern organizations: personnel management, industrial relations and organizational behaviour.

This option has been accredited by the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario.

In order to obtain the Certified Human Resource Professional designation (CHRP), students must take a specific set of HR courses and take the national exam.

The accreditation of our HR courses mean that our HR students will now have their academic courses counted as credit towards their CHRP designation.
