The Alumni Association is your connection to the uOttawa community. We have been championing the best interests of the University’s 250,000+ graduates for more than a century—since 1883, to be exact! A committed group of volunteers, we come from a range of professions and regions across Canada and around the world.

Celebrating student excellence 

The association fosters the success of current students by financing annual scholarships, which are among the most generous awards available at an undergraduate level. 

Alumni Association Leadership scolarship ($5,000 annually) 

This scholarship recognizes an undergraduate student whose work and commitment provide an exceptionally good reflection of uOttawa’s objectives.  

Arcade Guindon bursary ($5,000 annually) 

This award recognizes the special merit of an undergraduate student whose commitment to volunteer work reflects the objectives of uOttawa as set out in its mandate. This scholarship aims to promote intellectual, physical and social development.  

Mobility Co-op Scholarship (variable) 

This scholarship was established in 2017 to encourage and support co-op students on work placements outside of Ottawa in 13 priority regions.
