Desk jockey training camp
Looking for a new way to get active? Want an exciting way to fill up your lunch hour? Over the course of this six-week program, a certified personal trainer will turn our very own campus into a workout playground. This program is suitable for all levels. Register on your own or with a friend and make your next lunch hour unlike any other! Remember that this is an outdoor boot camp where you dress for the weather. Getting a full body workout using a variety of training modalities including resistance band training, high intensity interval training and cardiovascular training.

Indoor cycling
Experience a great workout in one of our indoor cycling classes. While having a qualified instructor in an energizing atmosphere, sprint, climb and jump your way to great results. Join alone or with a friend, and enjoy the ride.

Kickboxing
PRO FIT Kickboxing: This program, offered by NX Martial Arts, is the ultimate total body workout for anyone who wants to reach ULTIMATE PHYSICAL SHAPE. You will improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance while learning PRO kickboxing skills. We will challenge you with exciting drills and exercises to help you reach your ULTIMATE FITNESS GOALS!

The Big 3: Learn to lift
Squat, deadlift, and bench press; the Big 3 found at the heart of every training program. Are you ready to up the weight and intensity in your workout? A certified personal trainer is here to help! This ten-week training program combines mobility complexes, strength training and conditioning drills with your strength and agility in mind. Leave with the strength of body and mind you've been missing in your Big 3!

Women's weight training
Are you new to working out or looking for some direction in your workouts? Work in a small group led by a certified personal trainer to gain the confidence you need at the University of Ottawa. Take advantage of coaching for proper techniques in a variety of movements. This program includes 12 group training sessions with a Certified Personal Trainer. This course is reserved for self-identified women.

Yoga
This program is a combination of warm-up stretches, yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation and deep relaxation. Learn how yoga can reduce stress and anxiety, improve concentration and focus, increase strength and flexibility, and bring a sense of calm and balance to your life. NOTE: Masks will be required at all times in all facilities. Mindful Yoga: This program includes warm-up stretches, breathing techniques, yoga postures and flows, meditation and deep relaxation. Explore the supportive relationship between Kripalu Yoga and mindfulness in a course that accommodates participants of all skill levels. Reduce stress and anxiety, release chronic tension, and develop greater awareness of one's self.
