About the workshop
This workshop focuses on the difficult task of defining and assessing project success and, hence, the different perceptions of project success that various project stakeholders may hold.
In keeping with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI), this workshop addresses the initiation, planning, execution, and closing out phases of projects. Thus, the course covers the basic concepts, approaches, methods, tools and techniques required in good project management practices.
