Led by our experienced instructors, this dumbbell conditioning class follows a dynamic circuit-style format in which you’ll seamlessly move through a series of carefully curated exercises. Each circuit pairs three-to-five exercises, focusing on a high-rep count and incorporating a variety of muscle groups.
