The Health, Wellness and Student Support sector is launching the Korsa Therapeutic Program, a series of five two-hour sessions with exercises, metaphor use to integrate content, and discussions in pairs and then in groups.
You’ll learn to:
- Clarify what truly matters (goals and values)
- Engage in meaningful actions
- Identify traps that increase stress
- Implement simple, effective strategies to overcome these traps
- Develop mindful presence, enhancing overall attention capacity
- Reduce mental agitation, manage stress and adapt to unexpected or uncertain situations
