Victoria Barker, Senior Psychotherapist, will be facilitating a series of the KORSA therapeutic program.

The Health, Wellness and Student Support sector is launching the Korsa Therapeutic Program, a series of five two-hour sessions with exercises, metaphor use to integrate content, and discussions in pairs and then in groups.

You’ll learn to:

  • Clarify what truly matters (goals and values)
  • Engage in meaningful actions
  • Identify traps that increase stress
  • Implement simple, effective strategies to overcome these traps
  • Develop mindful presence, enhancing overall attention capacity
  • Reduce mental agitation, manage stress and adapt to unexpected or uncertain situations
