Get ready to witness the incredible talent of the uOttawa community! uoTalent, brought to you by CHUO 89.1 FM in partnership with Privv, the University of Ottawa and House of Ensemble, will be a showcase of creativity, passion and artistry. With over $2,000 in cash prizes and a chance to win a one-year contract with Ottawa’s premier talent management agency, this is your opportunity to shine on the big stage!
Event details
The grand finale will take place on March 20. Finalists will showcase their talent with four or five-minute performances in front of a live audience and a panel of judges. Prizes for the winners include:
- Judges’ Choice: $1,000, a one-year agency contract and an artist brand development package
- Best Francophone Performance: $500 (Sponsored by the Carrefour francophone)
- People’s Choice: $500, decided by live audience voting during the event
Auditions:
Audition registration will be open from February 3 to 20. Submit your 60-second audition video using the entry form or email it to [email protected].
On March 1, 12 talented finalists will be announced and invited to perform at the grand finale.
