How to book an appointment

For physical health appointments, we release timeslots online at 8 am on the 1st and 15th of each month. Also, if you are trying to book an appointment for the same day, you can find a limited number of same-day appointments, every day at 8 am. However, there is no guarantee of appointment availability.

For mental health intake appointment, please note that you can book an appointment only four days in advance. We also reserve some same-day appointments that can be booked on a ''first come, first served'' basis.

Are there fees?

For most students, no payment is required for centre services, as they’re funded through your ancillary health fees or covered by provincial health insurance (OHIP, RAMQ or other provincial or territorial plan) or by UHIP.  See the eligibility for care policy

A fee is charged for any appointment cancelled or missed within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Fees may apply if a service you require isn’t covered by your provincial or territorial health insurance or UHIP.

If you need further assistance, please call the Centre directly or e-mail us at [email protected].
