Creating a psychologically healthy and safe work environment is part of the uOttawa strategic plan
A psychologically healthy and safe work environment is part of the University's strategic plan Transformation 2030. Creating a culture that is psychologically safe is everyone’s responsibility from students, staff, faculty, managers and senior leadership. Everyone has a role to play.
We strongly encourage our community members to get curious and be engaged to discover what factors impact a workplace. Of these factors, choose the one that speaks to you and take action to improve. Each factor includes an activity of reflection to drive the conversation from words to action. It is not something to tackle all at once but a journey to continuously improve and build a culture that is psychologically healthy and safe.
