Drop-in group fitness classes are a great way to have fun and stay in shape!

How to participate

These classes are included in your membership as a student. You can arrive maximum 30 minutes before the class starts to get a card at the front desk of the fitness centre. Certain locations have a maximum of people that can attend the class due to spacing and you need the card to attend the class. If the class is popular they may run out of cards, therefore we recommend arrive early to grab one. 

Make sure to review the schedule for changes or cancellations before coming.

Changes and cancellations 

  • The February 12 , 5:30 p.m. Stretch and Flexibility class is cancelled.
  • All classes on February 13 are cancelled.
  • Classes from February 16-22 will be cancelled for reading week.
