Youth Fitness Camp

Introducing the Gee-Gees Youth Fitness Camp! This dynamic new camp is designed to equip teens with essential fitness skills that will benefit them throughout their lives. This immersive experience combines hands-on learning with expert guidance to help youth develop a solid foundation in fitness so they can enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle.

Camp activities will include personalized weight training sessions led by certified trainers, as well as interesting lessons on nutrition, mental performance and healthy living from health experts. Campers will also experience all the excitement of the traditional camp activities that uOttawa offers!

By the end of the camp, campers will have gained a deeper understanding of health and fitness fundamentals, learned the foundation of a fitness plan, and followed their own workout plans! They will experience what it’s like to be a part of supportive fitness community led by certified experts, coaches and their camp counselors. The Youth Fitness Camp is more than just another week at summer camp – it’s a transformative experience that will empower teens to take charge of their fitness journey and live a healthy, active lifestyle for years to come. 
 

The Youth Fitness camp is for ages 13 to 16.  

All camps are bilingual and daily lunches are included with the cost of your registration.
