Registration Period: CSL resgistration period takes place September 4th to September 18th. Students must see the CSL PowerPoint presentation for their course for specific registration dates and contact their placement supervisor within 24 hours of selecting their placement.

September 18^th: Students must have contacted their placement supervisor.

September 20^th: Placement supervisors must have replied to student's introduction email. If students have not heard from their supervisor, following their initial email or call, they should contact the Community Engagement Team.

September 27^th: Students proposing their own placement must submit their completed Found Own Form including all necessary documents.

December 3^rd: Students must have entered their hours in the CE Navigator Timesheet.

December 6^th: CP Supervisors must have approved hours and completed evaluations for their student volunteers on the Community Engagement Navigator.

Note to students: Please encourage your supervisor to approve any outstanding hours and to complete the student evaluation in the Community Engagement Navigator. If your supervisor has not completed your evaluation or approved your hours by December 6th, please contact the Community Engagement Team.

January 24^th: Placement supervisors must have replied to the student’s introduction email. If students have not heard from their supervisor, following their initial email or call, they should contact the Community Engagement Team.  

January 31^st: Students proposing their own placement must submit their completed Found Own Form including all necessary documents. 

April 5^th: Students must have entered their hours in their CE Navigator Timesheet. 

April 9^th: CP Supervisors must have approved hours and completed evaluations for their student volunteers on the Community Engagement Navigator.
