Mon laboratoire fait des études d’association sur les stress biotiques et abiotiques, les caractères agronomique et de qualité du lin et du blé. Nous sommes aussi intéressés aux micros ARNs et leurs rôles dans la résistance aux stress. Nous concentrons beaucoup de nos efforts sur la résistance aux maladies. Nous étudions le potentiel génétique des espèces sauvages apparentées au blé et au lin. On traite des très gros fichiers de données, tels que ceux obtenus par le séquençage de prochaine génération, et on fait donc beaucoup d’analyses bioinformatiques pour vérifier nos hypothèses reliées aux traits agricoles.
