Nathalie led initiatives on two priority matters at the Library: the risks associated with overcrowded shelving condition at Morisset Library and the risk of workplace violence for workers on the library team. Nathalie is proactive, shows leadership, works as part of a team, listens to the concerns of employees and users, draws on the resources and expertise available on campus, and is always looking for continuous improvements to ensure that the library environment is safe for both users and employees.
Thanks to Nathalie's efforts, hazards are eliminated or mitigated, and the risk of injury or illness is significantly reduced. Our sincere congratulations to Nathalie for this excellent example of safety leadership.
