After a recent injury involving one of the Faculty of Arts Team members Tina collaborated with the Chair of the theater department, Louise Frappier, the facilities team, the injured worker and the City of Ottawa to address the safety issue revealed during the investigation. Thanks to Tina’s efforts the hazard has been mitigated, safe work procedures have been developed and implemented and workers have been trained.
Tina is also leading the effort with the City of Ottawa to make permanent changes to the facility which would eliminate the hazard altogether.
