ChatGPT is giving us a glimpse of the future of artificial intelligence. It’s a future filled with great promise, but also significant challenges.

How should we regulate AI? Who should do it? How should we ensure that the businesses and individuals who develop and use AI do so ethically?

These and other issues are discussed in a new series of articles published recently by Policy Options, which features contributions from several members of the Civil Law Section, including Céline Castets-Renard, Jennifer Quaid and Benoît Pelletier.
