Acquire an expertise in the theoretical and practical training of health professionals
This program is designed for you if you’re a graduate in a health-related field of study (medicine, nursing, pharmacy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, etc.) and want to be involved or are already involved in the training of health professionals, in a university, clinical or hospital environment, as a professor, preceptor, clinical instructor, lecturer, administrator or manager.
Be a leader in the education of health professionals
In this program, you will work with other health professionals to improve your teaching and assessment strategies in classroom or clinical settings, evaluate your educational programs, develop curricula and conduct educational research in a wide range of health contexts.
A unique feature to programs offered in French
Please note that the French-language graduate programs in health education are different from the health professional education programs offered in the Faculty of Education in English only.
About the concentration
The innovative ways in which courses are offered (hybrid, online, seminars, part-time and full-time, with the possibility of going from the graduate diploma to the MEd or the MA) allow for greater flexibility for health professionals with atypical schedules who wish to maintain a good work-studies-life balance.
