Educational Development in the Age of ICT
2020-2021 Faculty of Education Series of International Symposiums
Nov 6, 2020 — All day
Members of the Faculties of Education of the University of Ottawa and Central China Normal University (CCNU) came together for the online symposium ‘Educational Development in the Age of ICT', held on November 6th, 2020. Professors from both institutions presented their work and discussed a number of current issues in education and online learning. Despite the difference in global time zones—a late Friday evening in Ottawa and an early Saturday morning in Wuhan—the virtual event was a resounding success with over 50 participants, compelling conversation and sharing of data-driven research. Our Faculty’s relationship with the CCNU is a highly valued international collaboration focused on the advancement of knowledge in educational research and practice.
