What is The Conversation? It is an open-access, online platform where scholars and journalists come together to communicate research news with “academic rigour” and “journalistic flair.” The University of Ottawa is a member of The Conversation Canada and our authors publish research findings and expert analyses on a wide range of topics. Researchers at any career stage can become authors, including doctoral candidates. Articles can be republished under a Creative Commons licence.
