Mélissa Villella, Ph.D. is an assistant professor of school administration as well as director of the specialized graduate diploma in educational institution management at the Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue. She has also worked in the field of education in Ontario and Quebec for many years. Her research interests include: leadership, inclusion, anti-racism, interculturalism, exogamy, curriculum studies, and Francophone environments.
