Work experience is not a substitute for academic option requirements.

NOTE:

A course in the subject area is a course clearly identified by its acronym (e.g. BIO or BIOL for Biology, GEG or GEOG for Geography). A related course is one that has substantial (80%) content related to the subject of the academic option (e.g. Physiotherapy for Biology; Geology or Environmental Studies for Geography). Related subjects must be relevant to the subject.

French immersion certificate or being a fluent French speaker does not replace French courses to satisfy the French as a second language teaching subject.

Didactics (DID) and Pedagogy (PED, EDU), military training (OPME courses), continuing education courses cannot satisfy the requirements of the teaching subject and cannot be transferred to the program.
