Biography

Professor Skaff received his Bachelor's of Applied Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture at the American University of Beirut in 1967. After graduation, he worked as a site engineer in large industrial projects in Libya and Saudi Arabia. Some of the works he supervised are: Gas Project, Power and Desalting Plant, Large Indoor Power House and Water Intake Structure. In 1973, he opened his own engineering and contracting office in Beirut, Lebanon.

In October 1976, professor Skaff joined the Department of Civil Engineering where he taught Engineering Graphics to all Engineering students and Surveying to Civil Engineering students. Since 1998, he is teaching Graphics, AutoCad and Surveying to Civil Engineering students and Vector Mechanics (with other professors) to all Engineering students.
