Monique Frize

Event details

In her touching and inspiring memoirs, leading engineer Monique Aubry-Frize, O.C., recounts her life as a woman who blazed her own decidedly female trail in biomedical engineering, in what was then an unapologetically male-dominated world.

Distinguished uOttawa graduate (BASc ’66) and retired professor Monique Aubry-Frize and The University of Ottawa Press, jointly with the Faculty of Engineering, invite you to the book launch of Une femme en ingénierie : mémoires d’une pionnière.

The book will be released in bookstores everywhere on September 11, 2024, and is now available for pre-order ([email protected]).

Translated by Suzanne Aubry, the book was originally published in English under the title A Woman in Engineering: Memoirs of a Trailblazer.
