To receive your Graduate Diploma in Engineering Management, you must first complete four compulsory courses (12 units). These courses will give you the skills most in demand in engineering management. In less than a year, you’ll increase your ability to:

- Manage people: People are complicated, with unique qualities and motivations. Broaden and deepen your people management and leadership skills.
- Manage money: Cash flow is the fuel that propels projects and organizations. Learn the language of accounting and finance and the financial principles that let you make informed decisions about resource allocation and project budgeting.
