To receive the Master of Digital Transformation and Innovation (DTI), you first complete four core courses (12 units) to gain a diverse set of skills, knowledge and competencies, preparing you for roles in the rapidly evolving field of digital transformation. In less than a year, you’ll gain:
- Technical expertise: DTI encompasses a vast collection of technologies, from cloud computing and AI to the internet of things, data analytics, cybersecurity, process automation and blockchain. You’ll be able to explain the significance of such technologies, evaluate their effectiveness and apply them in various business, social and interdisciplinary settings.
- Analytical skills: DTI is increasingly data-driven, to avoid human bias. You’ll gain evidence-based modelling and analysis skills related to business processes, including hands-on expertise in process mining, simulation and improvement.
- Leadership skills: Effective use of DTI in organizations often means change that may face social and cultural challenges. You’ll develop digital transformation leadership expertise, including change management strategies, as well as insight into the benefits, challenges and process of innovation. You’ll also engage in lifelong learning about innovation and other areas of DTI.
- Ethical awareness: Acute awareness of the ethical considerations and societal implications associated with DTI and AI technologies is crucial for responsible development, trust, acceptance, compliance and long-term sustainability concerning DTI and AI. You’ll learn to design and deploy DTI and AI solutions responsibly and ethically.
