Our STEM Leadership Program offers a blend of technical, interpersonal and leadership skill-building. Aimed at youth aged 14 to 16, it trains you for volunteer roles and jobs in STEM education and camp settings.

What is the STEM Leadership Program?

The three-week STEM Leadership Program is a great program for teens aged 14 to 16 to get experience in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) while developing leadership and workplace skills. Through hands-on projects and interactive learning experiences, you’ll gain essential skills for the modern workplace, from problem-solving to technical proficiency.

In addition to technical training, the program focuses on building key life skills like communication, teamwork and leadership. You’ll collaborate on group activities and take on roles that require you to lead and support peers. This combination of technical knowledge and leadership development gives you the confidence and experience to thrive in any future STEM career or workplace environment.

By the end of the program, you’ll have a deeper understanding of STEM concepts, along with the skills to apply them in real-world scenarios.
