It is your responsibility to keep copies of all your documents, as we will not provide them. We are also not responsible for providing proof of immunization to other programs, clinical sites or future employers (including after graduation) and cannot help with this.

November 1, 2025	Student Placement: Immunization Requirements (up-to-date vaccinations, serology, full series COVID-19 vaccination and 2-step TST) Important information regarding the 2-step Tuberculin Skin Test (TST): If you completed a 2-step TST in the past, please provide proof and no new testing will be required until the next deadline of June 30, 2026. If you have never completed a 2-step TST in the past, you must now complete one. If you completed a 2-step TST in the past 12 months, the 1-step TST is not required at this time.
