Julia and Marilou, Dietitians, Entrepreneurs, and Authors of the new book Au-delà de la grossophobie : Redéfinir son bien-être et habiter son corps, will be joining us for a Nutricauserie organized by the University of Ottawa School of Nutrition Sciences.

This event is organized in partnership with Dietitians of Canada's Regroupement des diététistes francophones du Canada (RDFC) and is open to all Canada’s French-speaking dietetic community, as well as students, professors, and personnel of the University of Ottawa Faculty of Health Sciences.
During this one-hour virtual session, Julia and Marilou will present their book and discuss fatphobia, which is the set of hostile attitudes and behaviors that stigmatize and discriminate against people perceived as fat. They will also discuss their experience as dietitians in their weight-inclusive practice.
